Install this coffeemaker (14 inches high by 7-1/2 inches wide by 12 inches deep) on a counter at home or office, brew 8 cups of coffee, and keep the coffee hot in the triple-insulated, glass-lined carafe for up to four hours. Brewing time can be selected up to 24 hours in advance by programming the digital clock/timer. Standing by is unnecessary, because coffee drips directly into the carafe and the coffeemaker shuts off automatically when brewing ends. The coffeemaker has these additional features: a removable water container; an optional water filtration system employing a charcoal cartridge (included, and others may be mail-ordered); a push-button, swing-out coffee-filter basket, with GoldTone permanent filter included; and a drip-stop function, so a cup can be poured while the brewing is underway.
